誹謗與言論自由

近日因誹謗的問題令不少人感到困惑，不少會員甚至「以身試法」的方式去表達不滿。在此我們希望大家了解什麼情況下有機會造成誹謗，免得部份覺得「不合理」的會員再發表相關誹謗言論。

在此我們不打算評論相關法例的合理性，我們亦不是法律專家，只能就我們親身經歷的案件來解釋。

1.當有人公開對某人作出刑事的指責，而對方並未被定罪，這已算是誹謗。2.我們亦從法官口中得知，只要「一般人」看得明白，不論是諧音、嵌字詩、還是分開發表幾個帖再合併，也同屬誹謗。3.當會員轉載來自報章或其他網站的資料，只要其內容涉及誹謗，即是轉載也是等同誹謗。根據以上三點就可說明為何一些大家以為沒問題的，例如「我只是引用某某報」、「我只說數量」等帖子會被刪除。 ......

說起10多年前的這群「壞學生」，吳美蘭說，這群學生其實才是她的教師，讓她知道教書不只是教書本，需要的是更大耐性，去了解他們內心，「不需要他們成才，但要做一個好人，有份正當職業」。

她說，現時不少南約區中學的學生已長大成人，偶然在街上碰見，他們還認得吳老師，「他們有些做了貨車司機，但生活得很開心，令我很滿足，比起有一個當醫生的學生更滿足」。

香港好多教師, 只係想自己教得舒服.. 以為自己教band 1 好威. "垃圾學生"就塞俾其他學校.

What we celebrate this evening is the restless energy, the hard work, the audacity of the men and women who have written Hong Kong's success story. Mostly Chinese men and Chinese women. 經歷了兩年的「適應期」，吳美蘭由初時「覺得自己教得不好」，到發現「教得好不好不是由成績來定斷」的道理，學生需要的是教師的關心，教曉他們如何做人。「記得有個男仔，當年讀中二，是我班學生，因為爸爸媽媽有爭執，所以他跟了爸爸到梅窩。初轉來時，白白淨淨，很聰明的，後來可能父母的角力，開始出現行為偏差，愈讀愈沒心機，學食煙、賭錢，學校甚至想踢他出校」。

學生犯事不離不棄

「後來有一次他跟別人打架，要上差館，他爸爸未來到時，我知道他很無助，於是去了差館陪他。之後有段時間他完全沒有上學，還因犯事被判入男童院，我和另一同事亦有去探望，一去到我就忍不住喊得很厲害，因為我知道，其實他不想犯事，只是父母的問題令他不知所措」。學生服刑後返回學校上課，吳美蘭一直跟進，要求學校不要將他「踢走」，結果這學生讀至中五畢業。

「不需成才只要做好人」

說起10多年前的這群「壞學生」，吳美蘭說，這群學生其實才是她的教師，讓她知道教書不只是教書本，需要的是更大耐性，去了解他們內心，「不需要他們成才，但要做一個好人，有份正當職業」。

她說，現時不少南約區中學的學生已長大成人，偶然在街上碰見，他們還認得吳老師，「他們有些做了貨車司機，但生活得很開心，令我很滿足，比起有一個當醫生的學生更滿足」。

重返「戰線」轉教少數族裔

「在庇理羅士10年，也比不起梅窩的6年。」吳美蘭說，並非庇理羅士待遇較差，而是在這學校，學生都很乖、很聰明、讀書很叻，學生考到好成績，看似理所當然。

「既然在這裏已經10年了，也應該是時候轉變一下」。還未「有權選特首」的她，慶幸「有權」選擇自己的前路，今年9月她會重返「最前陣線」，轉到以少數族裔學生為主的官立嘉道理爵士中學（西九龍）繼續執教鞭，為她眼中更有需要的學生服務。

諗返以前學，上堂教過啲乜？我好多都唔記得。

但每次早會/上堂前班主任嘅訓話，反而更有印象,更有得著
